What can I say about Imperial Roofing? I've had so many roofing solicitors come to my house after Milton. Then, around July 2025, yet another solicitor showed up. Or, at least I thought. This solicitor was David and he was not a solicitor. He was a blessing. I say this not solely because of what he told me about the roof, but because he really cared about my family. I felt comfortable talking to him. He didn't feel like a salesman or a charlatan. In the end, he said to trust him. I know that sounds cliche, but he said he wouldn't let me down. You know what? I trusted him. And, man, was I ever glad I did! Dave kept in touch with me every step of the way calling me frequently or returning my calls along the way. Getting a new roof is not small endeavor. Especially when you have mortgage companies, insurance companies, banks, inspectors, attorneys, and your HOA involved. But, Dave explained what was going on every step of the way and calmed my anxiety and fears. This is a long process. But, it was well worth it. We got a new roof and it looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Imperial Roofing. They did an awesome job. We had the job done while we were up north. Dave was awesome at keeping us informed of everything along the way. The last company who did our roof sold us inferior shingles and did an even worse job installing them. When we developed some leaks a contractor who was doing some interior remodeling for us said to give Imperial Roofing a call. David showed up a few hours later to check our roof. He gave us two bids one to fix the roof and one to replace the roof. He did a very though job explaining the pros and cons of each bid. It was really nice to make a pressure free informed decision. We could not be happier with our new roof. I would not hesitate recommending them.
